Trinity Regional School offers a variety of activities & athletics that enrich the curriculum and expand opportunities for our students. Some of these activities occur during Lunch/Recess and some occur after school. Many are moderated by our own Faculty members. For many of these activities, there is no charge.

AthleticsTrinity Regional School is a member of the Catholic Middle School Athletic Association (CMSAA). The CMSAA is an organization of over 20 Parish and Regional Schools in Suffolk County.
Its goal is to provide Middle School (6th, 7th & 8th Grades) students with an opportunity to compete on a team with their classmates.
This league holds its practices and games on school days between 3:00 pm & 6 pm. Participation does not conflict with CYO eligibility.
Parents serve as Coaches and Managers. The values of team work, collaboration, sportsman-like attitude, and healthy competition are emphasized. A separate fee is required for participation in this program. Tuition assistance is available.
Trinity Regional School competes in a variety of sports throughout the year:
Fall : Boys' & Girls' Soccer and Cross Country
Winter: Boys' & Girls' Basketball and Bowling
Spring: Boys' Baseball and Boys & Girls Volleyball

Dominic Murray Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Act -
BANDTrinity Regional School's Band Program meets every Monday after school in the Gym. Lessons vary by time from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and are available for 3rd through 8th Grade. Our Band Program is conducted by the Paul Effman Music Service and is supervised by our Band Parent Volunteers. A separate fee is required for participation in program and rental of instruments.

School PlayA major highlight of each school year is the school play. This is a theatrical production of a well-known musical. Participation in the school play is open to all 6th, 7th and 8th Graders. All students wishing to participate are included in this endeavor. Students participate as actors, stage crew, lighting, sound and technical crew. Faculty and Staff produce, direct, and choreograph the play. Parents create sets, props, costumes.
A separate fee is required for participation in the school play.
A calendar is sent home at the beginning of each month listing rehearsal dates and pick-up times.
